“rather long, though helpful. the timer function goes for double the time of some of the videos, so i had to wait for a while. there were some typos throughout, but i could still understand the gyst of things. thanks”

“The course was informative, clear, and engaging from start to finish. The content was well-structured, with helpful questions and quizzes throughout to keep you actively involved in the learning. I did experience one moment where the course froze, but after refreshing the page I was able to continue from my last save point without losing any progress. Overall, a smooth and valuable learning experience. and not to forget Lou was absolutely amazing and made the learning experience great”

“The online training was very informative, clear and straightforward. The only complaint I have is that some pages (mostly videos) didn’t sync up correctly with the timer at the bottom of the page. This made moving forward with the training difficult and required me to regularly exit and reenter the training. During the practical training Lou was amazing, engaging and kept the learning fun! Thank you!”

“It is good training, but the allocated 3 hours to complete it is not enough. It should be minimum 4 hours, I took 5 hours!”

“It’s fairly straightforward and easy to follow. It can be slow in places mainly after some videos. I found I had to wait a further 5/10 minutes before I could move on, even though the video had completed.”
