“Really informative session structured in a way that helps you retain the information after you leave as opposed to hours of facts-dumping. A great balance of openly talking and practical activities that kept people engaged from start to finish. I did a first aid course a year ago where I failed the assessment twice before I passed and even requested to be left off the first aider list as I didnt feel I should be responsible in first aid situations. This time I passed first time. Great session and great trainer”
