“i FOUND THE E-LEARNING COURSE EASY TO FOLLOW & INFORMATIVE. THE PRACTICAL, WHICH I ATTEND TODAY 24TH JAN AT KINGS COLLEGE, GUILDFORD WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. ON ARRIVAL WE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE TO FIND THE ROOM, NO SIGNS OUR TRAINER MATT WAS TOLD A DIFFERENT ROOM, WE WAITED UNTIL 9.55 TO START. NOT MATTHEW'S PROBLEM. THERE WERE NO TEA & COFFEE REFRESHMENTS. WE HAD TO BUY OUR OWN FROM THE ONSITE CAFE. I HAVE RECEIPT WHICH I WISH TO BE RE-EMBUSURED, THE AMOUNT WAS £10 15. THE ROOM WAS COLD. THE TABLES WHICH HAD BEEN STACKED WERE COVERED IN CHEWING GUM. I HAVE A PHOTO TO PROVE THIS. ONE DISABLED TOILET AVAILABLE TO US. WHEN BOOKING I WASN'T ABLE TO BOOK THROUGH PACEY, I BOOKED THROUGH TIGERLILLY GOT CHSRFED £117.00 INSTEAD OF £102 LIKE MY COLLEAGUES. I WOULDN'T ATTEND ANOTHER FIRST AID COURSE AT THIS VENUE. PLEASE CALL ME ON TEL: 07581 482352 TO GET MY BANK DETAILS FOR A REFUND. OUR TRAINER MATTHEW WAS EXCELLENT, HE MADE THE COURSE INTERESTING. I PASSED WITH 100%. I AWAIT YOUR CALL.
