“The first aid course was very informative and practical. It increased my confidence in responding to emergencies such as burns, choking, bleeding, seizures and anaphylaxis. The trainer explained procedures clearly and allowed time to practise skills using real scenarios. I now feel more prepared to assess risks, keep children safe and apply correct first aid following DR ABC. Overall, it was a useful and engaging course that will support my role in the Early Years setting.”
