“I feel that my first aid knowledge has developed well, and I am becoming more confident in understanding how to respond safely and effectively in an emergency. Through my training, I have learned the importance of staying calm, assessing the situation and prioritising safety before taking any action. I now understand how to carry out a primary survey, check responsiveness and breathing, and recognise when to call for emergency help. I also feel more prepared to deal with common incidents such as choking, bleeding or burns. One of the biggest strengths I have gained is knowing how important clear communication and reassurance are when supporting someone who is injured or distressed. I can see how this knowledge links directly to my role in early years, where children rely on adults to act quickly and responsibly. Although I still want to build more confidence through practice, I feel that my understanding of first aid is becoming stronger, and I am more aware of my responsibilities in keeping children safe and responding appropriately when something unexpected happens.”

“Very interactive and promotes good associations to learn. I think songs on videos could be lower as it would be better to understand, also the page could have an option to zoom + as some of the things can be very small when reading through your phone.”
