“We had an exceptional trainer, Brian. However, the venue this time was poor, no day light, small, hot, unventilated room in the basement of Premier Inn Euston. I was feeling claustrophobic throughout the course.”

“Very useful e learning materials, well presented. Could have done with being given first aid book in advance of course/ on the day of the course then I could have written notes in it as I completed the course eg write in important additional pieces of info. as I intend to keep the manual with my first aid kit.”
