“It is a good training course for beginners and people who have done it before as it keeps updating itself. There is a lot to learn but breaking the course into modules is helpful as it focuses your thinking. The practical is varied and it incorporates the e training.”

“A good course, the venue was good (Holiday Inn, Brentwood), and the trainer was good, as was the E Learning section. Particularly good if you are updating your first aid certificate, so do not need a full 2 day course.”

“John was a fantastic tutor. Easy to listen to, speak to on a social level during break times and more importantly knowledgeable. He was patient and the course was fun which is all down to the professionalism and the personality of the tutor. Thank you.”
