“The person in charge today- Richard, was fantastic. He was knowledgable, engaging and no question was silly. The woman who took the class was rude to a number of us, made faces at us when we answered, ignored a lot of us and made me feel so uncomfortable. She also didn’t seem to be that knowledgable herself.”
