“Actual training was good, no problems. However the online exam let it down as it didn’t work properly, some answers we long lists of random letters, numbers and punctuation and you had to look through and find the answer which made things very difficult”

“The trainer was great and very informative. Was great to do the practical part to refresh knowledge. The only thing was the tech wasn’t working which meant that some of our team were unable to complete the test and then when they refreshed it, it said they had failed when they didn’t have the opportunity to answer all the questions. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.”

“Instructor is amazing but pressed for time as too much content for the time. The questionnaire has a lot of technical issues causing half of my team to fail which was not their fault but the questionnaire glitching. Also technical issue with the videos not working on the paper point”

“Trainer is brilliant and very knowledgeable, she was fantastic at delivering the training. However, not enough time, need around 5 hours as it is a rush and so much information to process. Training needs reviewing with more time as it is unfair to deliver in such a short space.”

“* very engaging layout broken up into sections of all the different medical conditions. * Videos included which explained clearly the content and made it easy to understand. *Engaging illustrations and interactive quizzes to test knowledge. *I thoroughly enjoyed doing my online first aid training with Tigerlily and gained a lot of knowledge. *Practical training with Mo was so engaging and fun to learn,he kept us engaged and entertained theigiut. Thank you so much :)”

“I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I have been completing my paediatric first aid training with Tigerlily for many years now, and every three years when I return, I am impressed by how much they have improved the programme.
