“The online part needs to be more user friendly The in person part was very good Hard to reach support staff via phone. Very helpful when finally through though.”

“Very easy to understand, helpful, reinforces prior knowledge and practice whilst clearing up misconceptions and malpractice. Could do with doing over two seperate periods as there is so much to take in in one session.”
