“My first order from TB. Just before Christmas and I realised I have entered the wrong shoes size and alerted TB. Despite being a holiday week Mr. Stuart responded. FANTASTIC! “I was skeptical at first ordering these shoes, sight unseen; online…overseas! WOW!!!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! He received the shoes in time for Christmas. I ordered kind of late but, the delivery was fast and I had to sign for the shoes. Next, the most important part of it all is that he is EXTREMELY PICKY regarding quality and he loves nice shoes. These were a winner, he was SO EXCITED. The shoes fit to perfection and the quality is impeccable. Thank you Thomas Bird, I’ll definitely be shopping with you again! Thanks”
