“Very pleased with the shoes and belt I purchased from Thomas Bird and will consider them again for future shoes and belt purchase. The shipping was through DHL who I've only ever had great experiences with. Tracking on the package was quite detailed. I live in the Northeast US - the items shipped from Birmingham in the UK and it only took several days to reach me. The shoes and belt were shipped in individual cloth bags inside the package from Thomas Bird itself. Definitely a level above in terms of quality and attention to detail.”

“Shipping took way too long but the products are excellent! The website could use an updated format for mobile users but was easy enough to use to accomplish the purchase. Other than this brief interaction asking about a review and offering rewards points, I can't speak too much about the integrity of the company or service they provide. This is my first purchase from them, however, based on the product I received and the comfort it provides, I will be purchasing additional products from them!”

“Dear Taro, I am absolutely impressed wiht the quality of the product and the overall presentation and packaing of the shoes! It is first-class. Problem is that I just now tried them on (Size 9 US) and my heal slides up easily, out of the shoe. Hence, what so you suggest?”

“Customer service from Thomas Bird is amazing. I’ve been liaising with Stuart, for a number of months about availability of the Hamptons in Olive Green in my size. Having already purchased two pairs in other colours, was desperate to get my hands on the olive green. Unfortunately the size hasn’t become available, but I’ve taken a punt on the larger size.”
