“The shoe quality is excellent. The delivery is as promised and the price is fair. The fit is perfect for me and the shoes are quite comfortable from the first wearing. Style selection is broad and ranges from eye catching to classic. I know what to expect after several purchases and will undoubtedly purchase additional pairs in the future. I particularly like the double monk straps.”

“No complaints. I always receive my items within about five business days despite international shipping. Customer service is great and products are of excellent quality. I have been buying wholecut shoes from Thomas Bird for over five years and they are my favorite shoes to wear.”

“I was in contact with customer service a little bit via e-mail before officially purchasing two wallets - one of which was a gift. I've had my wallet now for probably about 6 months and it's held up well. The person for whom I gifted the other wallet still loves it. Excellent communication, customer service, and -- of course -- product.”

“About my new Brighton Derby she. That's it. I've worn them one day, and they're the best Derby style shoe I've ever owned. Worth every penny and then some. Truly excellent quality, comfort, style- you name it, they've got it! First I ordered slightly bigger size but, they exchanged it to my right size and they sent insoles for free. The customer service was excellent, went above and beyond to make me very happy. I will be buying more…”

“We had a really great experience with Thomas Bird. I ordered shoes for my husband for his birthday. The original pair ended up being too big, and we sent a message (truthfully not expecting much) asking if they could give us advice on the best size since he really liked the shoes. They really engaged with us, discussing the best sizing and helping us reach a decision, then made sure we knew how to return the pair that didn't fit and had a new pair shipped out as soon as they came in stock. 10/10 experience - will definitely be back.”
