“I've ordered 3 times from here and every time I've been notified on the delivery status, You have to physically receive it from the postman and it is always packaged well. Will continue to order from wool factory”

“Above and beyond when they corrected my order for me after I realised I had made a mistake in my order. Pattaya Cotton Touch knits up beautifully. Great stitch definition and soft after washing.”

“This is the 2nd delivery of wool I have had within a month, delivery is fast and ordering is easy. Staff have always been helpful when I have contacted them with enquiries. I wouldn't buy any where else.”

“Absolutely fantastic shop ,I was like a kid in a sweet shop , Mel is fantastic at her job ,very helpful ,we visited today 5 th March 23 from Grimsby ,well worth the car journey as I normally order on line it's fab to see the wool and feel the textures , Caters for everyone ,knitters,crocheting,needlework ,this shop is Amazing ,we will return soon.”
