“Above and beyond when they corrected my order for me after I realised I had made a mistake in my order. Pattaya Cotton Touch knits up beautifully. Great stitch definition and soft after washing.”

“I was impressed by the speed my order was dealt with and the lovely communication received then. The wool is delightful, and is now partly crocheted into a baby shawl , and will be winging its way to a relative abroad shortly. Thank you team Wool Factory for your very prompt attention to my order. Best wishes to you all in your business.”

“I have ordered twice from The Wool Factory and each time the order has been delivered promptly. The quality and selection of yarn on offer is superb and I will certainly return when my supply dwindles. I particularly recommend the £7.99 Mystery Offer.”
