“Love the wool and colours are amazing very reasonably priced i am more than satisfied thank you i knit for a local charity thats why i knit jumpers would be to expensive for cardigans as buttons cost to much but am so happy with your wool”

“This was my first order with the wool factory. I am a keen user if King Cole yarn and just loved the colours on offer with their imaginative names. The ordering process was straight forward. The parcel delivery prompt. Sadly have to finish other projects before I can give myself the luxury of using it. Thank you.”

“I don't need to get the car out of the garage. I don't have to wait for my wife while she is trying to find her handbag etc. I don't have to travel into Norwich city centre behind a queue of traffic. I don't need to decide which car park to use or worry about the traffic warden moving me on because of yellow boxes. I don't have to walk from the car park to the wool shop to then find that they are closed. Then its a matter of getting home, which I don't want to think about as it will cause more stress! I don't want to waste probably around 2 hours of my time, which I will never see again. Easy, stress free solution to all the above potential problems - use The Wool Factory. You know it makes sense!”
