“Absolutely amazing service, this is the first time I have used your company, I bought some white double knitting yarn and a black yarn that I think was cotton and on the sale at £1.15 a ball, what a bargain, it goes further than 100g of ordinary knitting yarn, thank you so much for an amazing service, the order was delivered within 2 days, will certainly use again”

“Short of wool despite buying enough for a pattern I have knitted repeatedly for almost 40 years. Tried to contact the wool factory by both email and phone. Called 15 times between 2.15 and 3.00 pm. No answer to either phone or email. The wool I bought was full of knots and huge balls of tangles. Will not use this company again”

Excellent customer service, David is so friendly and helpful and I love the email you get when you place an order telling us what everyone is doing to get our orders out, its funny and feels very personal too. “i have been a customer of the Wool factory for over 2 years now. Having searched many online wool sites, the Wool Factory consistently provides quality wool at value for money prices. i am amazed at being able to buy double knit 100grm balls for as little as £1.00 and branded leaders cheaper than elsewhere. Delivery is hassle free - whats not to like? in fact i have become a wool hoarder and I am now a member of wool hoarders anonymous”

“Very friendly staff wool reasonable priced. We have used the wool factory many times. We collect ourselves as it is just up the road from where we live. We put an order in and was ready to collect within a couple of hours. Will be using again.”
