After an initial hiccup with delivery from DPD (which Sam sorted out) our tomatoes arrived a day late. Sadly some were split/squashed - again Sam sorted that out for me. The tomatoes are nice, but for our liking, most were far too soft & over- ripe (we grow tomatoes which are never picked so soft). Also slightly too many "cherry" & small plum tomatoes in the box. The large tomatoes have better flavours. Maybe the fruits would be better earlier in the season, as soon it is end of season, and will have to wait until next year to try again. I like the fact that they are organic which is good and probably far better than the supermarket. Again, I want to thank Sam for dealing with the small problem that occurred

Got 3 jars, relish, oak smoked and roasted tomatoes. My least fav is oak smoked, defo won’t be buying it again. The smell is too overpowering. I had to throw half of it. Relish is good, but not very different to other relishes in the supermarket. My fav is defo The tomato stall. However, if you are going for Medeterrnean style, your tomatoes should be in olive oil, as for sunflower oil the price is a bit high.

Afraid this last delivery was dsappointing. I have already responded to The Tomato Stall, but no acknowledgement. The range was poor, a lot of the tomatoeas were going bad/split and they appreared to be rather old rather than fresh as the vines were all crispy and off the tomatoes unlike usual. Shame

Love the concept and variety of tomatoes . However this is my second order and time where the tomatoes were so ripe, some had exploded in the box, forcing me to change my dinner choices around, so that I used the ingredients on the same day it arrived. Otherwise everything was great. I have found a local stockist, for your produce, so will try them, to see if tomatoes last longer.

Really enjoyed the produce however if I have to be honest, a lot of the tomatoes were very soft/on the edge and there were also some that had black marks on. I think there may have been a problem with the storage. If you are paying top whack you expect top produce. The flavour of the tomatoes were amazing however and the long peppers, small peppers and Aubergines were excellent!

I've had a few orders from the Tomato stall, they've always been great until this last one. The tomatoes were very soft, many were split and wrinkled, overripe. Three of the peppers had mould and consequently turned to mush. And one of the aubergines was brown inside. This has never happened before, the produce usually arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately when it arrived we were too ill to deal with it so I can't comment on customer service.

Very pleased with Jarred products and mini peppers I received, however very dissatisfied with tomato box and no response to my emails..

The tomatoes were all very tasty. Sadly, most of them were quite ripe and needed using soon. We are only 2 people in the house and it was difficult to use them all in a couple of days. I made sauce but would have preferred to eat them in salads.

I think the tomatoes are over ripe when they arrive here. So they are not going to keep for long which is a shame. The sauces are excellent making an easy and tasty meal.

Good but too many soft tomatoes. I had to use them within the first 24 hours to make a sauce. There were also some that were split. I actually rang the company to be told fairly abruptly that some were softer than others. I didn’t even get the chance to speak about the damaged tomatoes.

Not all tomatoes received were fresh. Not clear when there is a delivery, when called customer service, they are not sure as well. Had to call a couple of time until I receive a clear answer.

Delicious tomatoes but some did arrive squishy/split. I complained but was not offered a discount on next purchase or some other soother - but asked to send pictures which I didn't get round to doing as that is more inconvenience.

The package was a joy to receive, the jewel colours were spectacular! However, you make a point of saying that the tomatoes will be ripe and ready to eat. Well, I’m afraid most of mine were overripe and within 24 hours three were mouldy and were thrown away. You may want to consider packing some that are unripe so that the recipient can have the pleasure of watching them ripen on the kitchen window sill. I live alone and would have appreciated being able to stagger using the tomatoes. The large and small peppers were wonderful and kept beautifully in the fridge and some were eaten raw, the others cooked. All in all, a mixed bag!

Good tomatoes. Unfortunately I also ordered some asparagus but received a pepper instead. I contacted customer service as soon as I received the delivery but they never got back to me. So good products not so great organization/customer service. I will give them another try

One of the tomatoes was squashed so had to be thrown away. The others were very ripe so had to be used very quickly. Normally I wouldn't worry to much about a squashed tomato but when paying quite a lot of money for the organic box, it was a costly one to throw away! Taste-wise, I was expecting them to have much more flavour than the supermarket ones but it wasn't the case. I haven't tried the tomato pesto yet but looking forward to it.

My first time of ordering and they arrived safely and in good condition, some of the tomatoes were very ripe which means we have to eat them quickly, I would have liked to have the a bit firmer so they last longer. They taste good

Although tasty I’d sent a note asking for delivery 3 days later than when they arrived! Also one variety was very soft and all had to be eaten that day!

A bit disappointed this year - tomatoes have definitely been overripe on arrival, and have needed to be processed very quickly. Not much good if you were relying on a few days of nice tomato salads etc.
