“I think it needs to put a non applicable in the choices. And the dates relating to present employment, one cannot state that they are still employed at present alone, one cannot have a definite date as to when will they be employed.”

“What went well - it's early days yet as I've only just completed the initial info but it was very easy to complete and it was useful that you can save what you've done and come back to it later. Even better if - the collection percentage was a little lower - hence the four stars but would have given 4.5 if I could.”

Hi, As you are aware following our recent email correspondence, our offer of a £25 Amazon Voucher in the event that you didn't get a refund, was subject to a couple of simple T&Cc's, one of which was that you applied for your tax review using the unique reference you were provided with. (You can read these in full on our website here https://thetaxrefundcompany.co.uk/amazon-gift-certificate/) You failed to follow the clear instructions in the letter we sent you which asked you to return the documentation enclosed with the letter in the envelope provided. Instead, you started a new tax review via our website, which was not covered by the offer. With regards to the "endless questions", the service we deliver provides our clients with a comprehensive and in-depth review of all areas of their personal tax affairs to ensure that nothing is overlooked.
