“Whilst I was pleased to receive a payment, I’m not happy about the amount that was taken off. HMRC told me they owed me £185 however I received a cheque for only £116. Surely taking a £70 cut is excessive? I have asked for an explanation but still not received an answer. I’d still like to know why approximately £70 was taken. I understand you need to take a cut but it seems excessive to me.”

Unlike almost all other companies in this market place, applications made to us are professionally reviewed in full before going anywhere near HMRC. “Greatefull was able sort my tax rebate but was due £340 and ended up recieving £190 you took almost a 50% cut”
