Hi Teresa, thanks for the feedback. The great thing about our service is we do all the hard work of dealing with HMRC for you and if you are due a refund we will definitely get it for you. Of course, if you are not entitled to a refund, then at least we did all the work, it didn't cost you a penny and you have peace of mind knowing that you are paying the correct amount of tax. “It was easy application on line, put I am on Auxiliary Nurse, but it wanted a professional details what if I was not having any then the application wouldn't have allowed me continue my application.”

“Have completed form online but still asking for more information ,I've told them twice I have no other information to pass on and select the completed part but still getting emails asking the same thing each time ,this has been going on since 2019 ,so done once more then giving up on it”

It may well be that something was missing from previous applications (that's usually why we email customers for more information) fingers crossed everything is there and you will be entitled to a refund. “I had filled the form out 3 times and submitted the form over the last few months but kept getting letters to say I had not completed it but the form seems easy in the end”

“I'm only on the "submit" part of my claim, but that part has gone smoothly! The website is easy to use - I just wish it had prompted me to sign back in. My session had timed out but I didn't realise.”
