“Unfortunately the plants I’m getting have brown tips on almost every single leave and they refuse to replace me with another one! Waste of money and now I have to buy another one somewhere else! I will not buy from them anymore with that kind of customer service.”

Hi Tiffany, I am sorry you are not happy with your plant. Your Chinese Money Plant has some small markings that are perfectly normal, and your plant is happy and healthy. We offered you a £5 voucher which you rejected, or we would happily arrange a collection and refund. If there is a problem we will always rectify it, but your plant was healthy and happy! We're sorry that you were disappointed with this. Best, James

“Prompt delivery however the plant was very poor quality. Losing leafs from day one I have an experience with this particular plant and never before had problems like that. I need to order a new one now. Very disappointed.”
