Ordered two plants, one came overwatered and soil was waterlogged.
Responded really quickly to my initial email but just dismissed my concern that waterlogged soil could lead to root rot. Asked for them to collect the plant and refund me as it wasn’t of the quality expected and they’ve just ignored me for 3 days.
Will have to raise a dispute with my card company soon.
Really poor service - avoid and go to Beards & Daises instead!
