“Unfortunately, Social Cat was an expensive disappointment for our brand. Finding quality creators was incredibly difficult, and the overall caliber of content was much lower than expected. One creator ghosted after receiving our product, and another submitted content that wasn't usable. We had far better results finding creators ourselves through direct outreach. Customer service was also nonexistent—I contacted support with a subscription question and never received a reply. Overall, it wasn't worth the time or money.”
