The fact that we paying $200 a month for subscription and there is 0 protection from fraudulent and unreliable creators is quite disturbing.

Hey Yovi, If you recall, we've added a discount for your next subscription as well as two free matches to make up for the one you lost. We also removed the creator, as we do with any that are brought to our attention for violating contracts. Whilst we can't be responsible for every creators' behaviour on the platform- we do take pride in having discussions like we had with you to come to resolutions- which you accepted at the time. As further using the platform I found that the influencers don’t respond after receiving products and etc. social kat doesn’t have any form of protection for the brands. So if an influencer received their product and doesn’t follow through social kat won’t reimburse you for products or time waisted. This is my last time using the platform.

While we strive to connect brands with responsible creators, we acknowledge that issues can arise. We do remove any creators who do not post content as soon as they are reported to us. As we are a platform, rather than a management agency, we do not have oversight over each step of the process so you will need to email us to report this. It's important to set expectations accordingly and decide whether you need a more full service option. Unfortunately that just simply isn't possible at our price point. Unfortunately, this campaign turned out to be a waste of both time and money. Out of the three creators we engaged: • One still has not delivered any content, even after receiving the product. • The second went significantly off-script, resulting in material that is not usable for the brand. • The third creator, while providing quality content, has not generated any sales. Additionally, there is no effective mechanism to hold these creators accountable to the original agreement. Moving forward, we’ll need to rethink how we structure and enforce our creator partnerships.

The trial period was too short, and I found the platform confusing—especially if you need support. I appreciated the contract feature, but many influencers didn’t match how they presented themselves on their pages. I had plans to run additional campaigns using the subscription, but couldn’t figure out how, even after reaching out to support. Ultimately, I’ve decided to cancel.

I’m sorry to hear that you found the trial period too short , however please bear in mind- the trial is not designed to be a period for you to get content back, 7 days simply isn't enough time for this. Usually a creator won't have even received the product in this time. Having said that- you can still (even when you've canceled) access the content once the creators have published this on the platform and it's yours for life to use as you wish. The free trial is a valuable opportunity for your brand to determine if Social Cat aligns with your needs. While you can fully use the platform and collaborate with creators, receiving content within this timeframe is not the standard, so it's important to set expectations accordingly.

I engaged 3 influencers as a test to see if it would help my sales. One did a nice and thorough package opening and used the product. One just posted a picture that was hard to see the product and I don't know what the 3rd one did. Collectively they had some 60,000 followeres but I didn't see any sales increase in the weeks following my test. Maybe my product isn't right for the 25-40 fashion hungry followers or maybe it is.

While you can fully use the platform and collaborate with creators, receiving content within this timeframe is not the standard, so I'm very happy you've had some great results already! Don't forget- you own the usage rights to the video you liked so can use this for your own marketing, socials etc in future too. Also don't forget you can always log back in (even without a subscription) and see what that third creator has come up for you in the meantime! (Might be some absolutely amazing content waiting in your inbox!)

They are looking for cheap ugc creators who would do it for less. They actually force you to lower your price by trying to convince you that others charge less.

We don't set compensation and definitely do not communicate around this to you at all. We encourage you to do different things (such as Meta verify and be quick to respond etc) in order to RAISE your collaboration amount, we would never advise to lower this. I wish I would’ve had a better experience with this platform but am glad I did not waste $100 paying for this. The creators do not hold up their end of the deal and content does not get posted by the deadline. I am out of products and money with no real hope of recourse which is tragic. Only three creators did their job as promised of five. I sent all items as promised and items delivered within 2-3 days with influencers confirming they received items. I have had better luck reaching out to influencers on my own for collaboration. Don’t waste your time or money.

The concept of Social Cat is great and I thought it will save me time and efforts to find influencers to collaborate with. The reality is, influencers take forever to reply if they even do. Some influencers received the product and disappeared. And all but a couple didn't even read or follow campaign details and their posts didn't align with the campaign at all. Waste of time, money and effort.

The influencers are not held accountable. You make a contract and they do as they wish on their time line. The contract means nothing. We shipped product and received nothing. Social cat has a long ways to go for improvments before this service will be a viable service.

There is videos in my content library that I’ve never seen because they will not play nor allow you to save them. It is very difficult for brands to view content made for their company on Social Cat. Social cat is an amazing concept for content creators and brands but the website could use a ton of work.

There are a few things of note to pay attention to: Positives A) Out of the interactions I've had so far, there are a few that were very pleasant and easy to work with. The content was great for one of them and I'm awaiting the others. B) I like that you can scroll and find influencers profiles that are a good match for you and love that you can mix and match what you are looking for.; C) I like the contracts feature. It helps to keep things clear when working with an influencer. Negatives: 1) The messaging system is pretty awful. I've had numerous issues with miscommunication with influencers. I've even had relationships disintegrate because they were overwhelmed by the jumbled messages they received as a result of the system making a mess of what I was writing. And you are sort of forced to write multiple messages because the template icon blocks the screen so you can't completely see what you are writing. It's incredibly infuriating. 2) I'm a little turned off by how many influencers apply to your campaign and then expect to be paid after they agreed to an affiiliate relationship. That is incredibly irritating. I feel like a paid campaign should be earned after building a good relationship, but a lot of the ones that I have interacted with wanted to do the bare minimum and acted like they were doing you a favor. 3) There's no clear support system if you run into problems. I've had someone basically cancel a contract for an incredibly frivolous reason and essentially walk away with the goods. I couldn't reach anyone at Social Cat and I'm worried that because I am not paying the top memberships (still want to evaluate the brand before I make a commitment) that I will not get a response from the team. But there is a CLEAR absence on the platform of anyone working for the company. The billing system is a well oiled machine, but you can't get anyone on the horn if someone runs away with your merchandise. I'm pretty concerned about this as I feel it leaves brands vulnerable to some kind of scams. It is heavily influencing my decision as to whether I want to stay with the platform or not. I'm waiting to see how some of the content I received performs in sales before I make my final decision.

Mind blowingly expensive. Bugs in the platform. Dismissive customer service (until you point out the obvious with screen shots). You have to pay creators outside of the platform (this could potentially lead to problems). For anyone considering using SC - costs involved for a small business = £178 per month PLUS creator fee's - this can range from £50 to anything you want, the norm seems to be £50 to £150.

I think you guys should have a better vetting process for these influencers. So far I have collabed with 4 and they were all a flop. I’ve been waiting for a couple others to upload and I feel like I’m just throwing money out the window with this website.

Just a facilitator. Does very little to hold their influencers accountable. They submit whatever they want even if they agreed to different. Wasted a lot of time chasing their influencers down. Then when I canceled my membership, I couldn't even finish working with influencers from the previous month. Social Cat just cuts you off, unless you keep paying, even though you already paid. Not worth it, there are better platforms.

I was truly disappointed with the influencers. They received the products and did not post at the appropriate time. One girl made a video and she did not even wet her skin before applying the scrub. it looked awful. When I told her she just said oh yeah I forgot about that. It showed my product in the MOST unflattering way. This whole thing is a waste of time unless you are paying you should just take gifting off the menu.

Not enough creators on the platform to provide for a variety of niches. 90% of opportunities are irrelevant to travel. I will not continue to pay the high price for such poor service
