“Took me a couple of goes to get in to social cat but I’ve now created three extremely worthwhile campaigns for smaller brands who couldn’t have been more lovely. I think it’s a great platform because you can bid for opportunities which align with you and decline ones you aren’t interested in.”

“As a sahm, I rely on social cat, specifically paid campaigns to earn some extra money here and there. Sometimes I wish there was a feature that would notify me if I wasn’t selected for a campaign I applied to. Also, I have had some brands reach out to me via email or social media because they couldn’t afford to continue our project on social cat because of the cost for them to continue to use it. I’ve had a few campaigns where I was essentially ghosted but now I’m wondering if it was just because the platform was too expensive for them to use.”

“The platform has everything you need as a creator to work with brands, from comminication to uploading. I was able to connect with a brand, get their info, unpload content and review all in one place. It would be nice if things were a little more standadized as far as working with each brand and the opportunities don't have a way to super search or filter, which can make it time consuming to find brands.”

“We used Social Cat for about 3 years for our small clothing brand. Overall, it was good for quick content creation, although it seems like the quality of the content really varied amongst the different creators. We never had any luck with direct sales through the postings, despite offerning Influencer-specific coupon codes. There were only 2-3 instances where we shipped product and never received any deliverables from the Influencer. The new tools that have recently been added to keep track of promotions / contracts / content are very helpful. If your goal is content creation and brand awareness, Social Cat can be a very useful platform.”

“I really like the communication of this app. From start-to-finish, you always know where things are and how much time you have left. And some brands on here even help you if you need more time. I'd like to see a few more brands on there, but it's fun.”

“It has been decent. I don’t think it is worth $100 /month but do like the platform. If it could be $20 for $5 that seems to be a “value” to us. By the time you connect with the creators, send them free product, and only get 5 creators per month. You only end up with maybe one or two decent videos.”

“The Social Cat team is very helpful when I have questions. They are very responsive and get back to me immediately. I was, however, disappointed that one of my paid collaborations broke the contract and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. That was a little disappointing. Maybe add something to their profile that says how many times a contract was broken just so people know that could happen.”
