“We used Social Cat for about 3 years for our small clothing brand. Overall, it was good for quick content creation, although it seems like the quality of the content really varied amongst the different creators. We never had any luck with direct sales through the postings, despite offerning Influencer-specific coupon codes. There were only 2-3 instances where we shipped product and never received any deliverables from the Influencer. The new tools that have recently been added to keep track of promotions / contracts / content are very helpful. If your goal is content creation and brand awareness, Social Cat can be a very useful platform.”

“I really like the communication of this app. From start-to-finish, you always know where things are and how much time you have left. And some brands on here even help you if you need more time. I'd like to see a few more brands on there, but it's fun.”

“As a creator I’ve found Social Cat to be very beneficial. The collaborations I’ve found have been really successful and I’ve met some really nice business owners and sampled great products. Customer service has been prompt, helpful and friendly.”

“It has been decent. I don’t think it is worth $100 /month but do like the platform. If it could be $20 for $5 that seems to be a “value” to us. By the time you connect with the creators, send them free product, and only get 5 creators per month. You only end up with maybe one or two decent videos.”

“Great website to connect brands and content creators. I like that you can apply for collaborates regarding items and brands that resonate with you. My only negative if any is that I'm still receiving emails about messages, even though my notifications are switched off to this communication.”

“The Social Cat team is very helpful when I have questions. They are very responsive and get back to me immediately. I was, however, disappointed that one of my paid collaborations broke the contract and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. That was a little disappointing. Maybe add something to their profile that says how many times a contract was broken just so people know that could happen.”

“Very good brand/influencer site. As a micro influencer getting into UGC I have found that 3 brands on social cat have reached out to me and I’m fairly new to this. The process was easy as brands just message and send you a brief. Or you theres plenty of brands advertising on there that you can apply to yourself with a click of a button. If I had one critism it’s that I’m not finding as many brands/products listed in my particular niche that I would like. But i know the website popularity will keep growing and so It’s worth sticking with as more beauty/fashion & hair brands will eventually join for creators like me to apply to.”

“I love the blogs that they send you. They have good advice! But when it comes to messaging like they remind you about brands, I get a little anxious because they remind you to make content or else you can get a negative impact or something. But I don’t have the product in hand in order to make content. Then I have to message back and forth until it’s resolved. So I get a little hesitant for accepting anything because of the messaging system.”

“Social Cat is a solid tool for managing and growing your social media presence. The platform makes it easy to schedule posts, track engagement, and get insights into performance, which is super helpful. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, so it’s great for both beginners and experienced users. However, I did run into a bit of an issue. While there are a lot of brands available on the platform, I didn’t get as many offers as I expected, even though I have a fair number of reviews. It felt like the opportunities were limited for someone with my profile. Hopefully, this will improve over time, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you're looking to score partnerships regularly. Overall, Social Cat is a great tool for organizing your social media, but it could use a bit more consistency when it comes to offers.”

“Good site for finding jobs. Only suggestion for improvement would be that if a brand posts a job for a certain content type (ie story post) they shouldn’t then be able to issue you a contract for something else (ie a reel). Not allowing this would avoid creators needing to reject contracts for work they didn’t apply for.”
