Expectations are always crystal clear from the start, which makes the whole process smooth for both sides. I've gotten to work with brands I genuinely love, and the overall experience — from matching to communication to follow-through — has been consistently great. “Social cat was great when I was actually able to see the campaigns. As a UGC creator, I don't make my social following a priority, since brands do not require me to post to my audience. Since Social Cat changed there follower guidelines, I can no longer see any campaigns at all even though I am in the middle of a paid collaboration and have completed campaigns on Social Cat in the past. Very disappointing. Creators that were already on the platform should have been grandfathered in.”

Hi Heather, You will still have access to any in progress collabs via inbox as normal, you will just no longer be able to see new opportunities if your account no longer meets the criteria. We reassess accounts constantly to ensure they are still meeting our guidelines, sometimes this does mean we will need to suspend accounts from new opportunities on the platform. We assess things like post frequency, engagement, quality of content, ratio of camera facing / speaking content as well as other factors. If you've been accepted to the platform previously, follower count is unlikely to be the reason behind this decision.   If you’d like help with next steps, please reach out to our support team and they can take a look at your account and advise on access to campaigns.
