“Social Cat was a complete waste of time and product. The quality of influencers on the platform is extremely inconsistent, and getting usable content back was more of a headache than it was worth. The creators you actually want to work with rarely respond, so you’re pushed toward their “matched” influencers — who often don’t align with your product or brand at all. On top of that, most creators show little to no interest in the campaign unless you add paid spend, which defeats the purpose. The content we did receive was largely low-effort and rushed. Out of 16 influencers: • 1 delivered content that was actually usable • 5 sent something back (mostly low quality) • The rest completely ghosted Social Cat does a poor job of addressing or being transparent about these issues, which ultimately leaves you dealing with the fallout. We canceled within a month.”

“I apply to gigs everyday and do not hear back from any brand. Social Cat went from being a great way make make an income to not working one bit. I suggest you remove all of the unserious brands that are on there. Also, some brands make $20-$50. Is that forreal??? Come on now. I provide high quality and professional videos and there are brands on here that pay $20-$50. That’s an absolute NO for me.”

“Social Cat is an exceptional platform for connecting with brands, and I use it daily due to its user-friendly interface. While it is excellent for finding collaborations, a crucial improvement would be adding a history log to track previous brand applications. Additionally, allowing creators to send a short pitch or creative idea during the application process would greatly increase success rates. Finally, a dedicated mobile app would make this platform perfect.”

“I am loving Social Cat, this site has been a huge part of me growing as a creator, I even got my first paid collab through Social Cat!! The only things I would want different is to have an actual App to use, and I’m not incredibly fond of the way it’s set up when searching through the collabs, it takes awhile to go through them and clean them out so I’d definitely love that being a bit easier. All in all I’m loving SocialCat though!”
