“Social Kat does not care about the influencers at all, because companies are paying to use their service, they get the priority even when the company is in the wrong! Customer service took no accountability and kept pushing me to communicate with a brand who was unresponsive, and would not help me fix the problem of my paused account.”

Hi there, Unfortunately once you accept products or services and sign a contract to say you will create content, if this is not done- we will need to suspend your account as soon as the brand reports this to us. We cannot change this until the content is published as agreed :)
