“Multiple issues with this platform. 1. Influencers take way to long to answer, 24-48 hours is ok but weeks isn't. 2. Two of the four Influencers we sent product to never made a video and stopped responding to messages once the product samples had shipped. 3. Social cat support was non existent, they didn't answer our emails about Influencers not answering messages after getting our product samples.”

“Here’s a short, professional version that still makes the point clearly: Review Draft Social Cat is an easy platform for creators to discover brand collaborations, and the interface is straightforward to use. However, the standard creator contract is concerning. The clause granting brands rights to both the edited deliverable and all raw footage is overly broad and does not reflect common industry practice. Raw footage is typically a separate, paid deliverable. For a platform that positions itself as creator-forward, I would strongly encourage Social Cat to revisit these terms and create a more balanced agreement that better respects creators’ work and licensing rights.”
