I like the receptacle and very easy to use. I have the natural one with no perfumes added. I am not entirely sure about the smell of the natural ones, getting used to it. Once I have finished the 3 month supply I may try one that has a perfume. However generally the product works so much better than all the many products I have tried over the years. Keep going Seep!

nice idea to have compostable scrubbers- the one I have used is ok but doesn't clean as well as the green scourer. It has also fallen apart after 5 days of use- so nothing like the 2months of use promised. The eco sponge cloths are way too small to be useful for anything other than mopping up minor spills.

Sorry to hear about your experience with our products. Our sponge scourers are not supposed to fall apart after 5 days. Please contact our customer support team with your order number at hello@theseepcompany.com so we can look into this for you.

Tried out the non-plastic scrubbers on my recent holiday in France. Very pleased with the results, but you're rather premature; you say each pad lasts a month, so why not wait until a month has passed, then we can both see?

I bought the eco sponges and unfortunately i was very disappointed. The customer service was okay, initially they recommend me to buy a second product to get the best scrubbing power. I asked for my money back and they we helpful with that. On leaving a poor review of my experience with the sponges, I was contacted by the customer service team to change my review as they had 'dealt with the issue'. My issue was the quality of the product, not the team themselves.

Glad to finally find some plastic free sponges. The sponge itself is very soft and easy to use. Unfortunately, the loufah scorer started to come out after 2 days of use, which was quite disappointing.

Hello Sorry that you this happened especially as they have gone all the way to the States!

I haven't used them yet, so cannot pass judgement. However, I was overwhelmed with emails, several in one day, which was irritating and caused me to unsubscribe from future emails. I am surprised to have received this one.

Hello I will have a look into this for you

The sponges clean fine, and I can't complain about delivery or pricing etx. However they do not last one month as they are supposed to. After less than one week the scourer is becoming detatched from the sponge.

Unnecessary packaging, why can’t we have stuff in paper bags for the love of god? Fancy boxes with printing on don’t people care about the planet or r they just patting themselves on the back? Plus the contents r natural and must still hold moisture because after a week my noxes had damp patches. Other wise they seem ok i can see they will quickly wear out which isnt v sustainable either? Over priced really for something that only lasts a month and 1/4 of the base price probably went on packaging.

I came across you online and loved the idea immediately so bought a year’s supply. However, the tougher side of the sponge is not great, it’s a little too soft and doesn’t lift dirt. The regular side is good and does the job well. All in all, bot sure if I would purchase again unless the smaller side worked a bit better. Delivery was quick and painless.

Hello, The Loofah fibres are naturally coarse and have good scrubbing power, yet gentle enough for for non-scratch pans. If you require more heavy duty cleaning, we suggest our copper scourers or washing up brush

As previously stated the product and delivery are great but your constant urging me to buy more, bundles, points etc makes me think you are more concerned about sales and profit than the environment. You should be urging us to buy what we need and no more. Basically you are no different from most companies which is fair but you pretend to be different.

I got a year’s worth of dish sponges box and I have used the first one for a week. The sponge has two different sides and ours have separated partially resulting in a hole where the tag is. It hasn’t become useless but is a bit annoying, specially after such little use

Not entirely sure these are worth the cost. I’ll keep and use them because they’re environmentally friendly, but not because they work for me. We’re a family of 7 and don’t have a dishwasher (no space) so our sponges are used 3 times a day or more. The first sponge we used split, which seems to be a common issue. I also noticed all of our glasses now have tiny scratches all over them, so much so that it’s very visible. They’re not posh wine glasses, but part of my environmental action has been to make things last longer, so it’s a shame that these sponges have deteriorated my glasses faster. I also think that the environmental aspect of these sponges is outweighed by the sheer amount of washing up liquid i go through, as they don’t hold onto suds very long. So 10/10 for effort, but unfortunately it’s a 4/10 for practically. I also spent £25 on 12 sponges that now I have to use. If I’d bought 1, I wouldn’t be buying again.

Hello Sorry to hear that you haven't got on with the loofah sponges. The loofah fibres are naturally coarse and have good scrubbing power, yet gentle enough for for non-scratch pans so shouldn't of scratched the glasses. We say to rinse under water and give them a little massage before use to soften up, the sponges will become more soft upon continued use with washing up liquid. They will also soften up with usage so the longer you use it for, the softer and more malleable it gets. You can speed this up by popping it into the washing machine. Happy to help if you contact us at hello@theseepcompany

I find the rough side is not nearly as effective for getting dirty pans clean as the plastic alternative. Please keep wworking on it

I was really impressed with the marketing material and also the package and design of the products when they arrived which I thought was really minimal and effective. However, I have found the product themselves to be lacking in sufficient coarseness to remove basic tea stains from around cups without an excessive amount of scrubbing and as such feel that the product does not meet the hype in as much as they are able to replace a plastic scourer. I was really quite disappointed with this fact. Hence the reason that I am only giving the product itself three stars. The environmental friendliness of them however, cannot be overstated. A great idea but just doesn't quite deliver.

Hello Anthony, Firstly thanks for giving us a try, I am so glad that you like the idea behind the sponges, but sorry that you don't find them scrubby enough for tea stains. Loofah fibres are naturally coarse and have good scrubbing power, yet gentle enough for for non-scratch pans. If you require more heavy duty cleaning, we suggest our copper scourers or washing up brush. Many thanks again for your feedback, we find it really useful.

I have used Seep sponge for about 2 weeks. It hasnt been used on dirty heavy duty pots, just for light rinsing stuff in the sink (really dirty cooking pots and main meal plates go to the dosh washer). However, the sponge has already disintegrated. I thought it will be good for long use as you can wash in in washing machine. But unfortunately, i need to grab a new one already.

Hello Monika, I'm so sorry this happened after only a couple of weeks. We've worked really hard on the stitching and durability to stop this happening and this shouldn't happen after 2 weeks so I think you must have a faulty one. If you get in touch with our customer team on hello@theseepcompany.com we will send out a replacement for it. They should be lasting at least 1 months and the average is 6 to 8 weeks. Thanks Laura

Lovely idea to use natural materials instead of plastics. Nicely designed and presented. One big problem: it doesn't work on difficult jobs, like dried soup. I still need a steel scourer.

Items arrived quickly and were well packaged. So far I like the wash up sponges - they seem to work well. Washing up gloves are quite flimsy and roll down when using them so they're not great, but they do the job.
