Good product but not maliable enough. Hard to get into cups etc as too stiff.

I like the look and feel of the pot scrubber/sponge, it is much higher quality than my usual brand. It arrived promptly after my order, and comes nicely packaged. My principal complaint is that the scrubber side of the sponge is not sufficiently abrasive to remove tough, cooked-on debris from my pots and pans.

On the initial use l find the pad very stiff , especially the scourer side and you cannot get it in certain cups, mugs to clean properly. Tge sponge side is ok. Thought it would be alot better than it is, after reading the reviews. My husband refuses to use it. Won't be buying again

Hello Sally, thank you for choosing our sponge scourers. They will soften the more you use them. You can speed this up by popping them in the washing machine. As they are made from natural material, they can take a little time to get used to, as we are so used to the plastic sponges.

Unfortunately the print on the cloth bled black marks on all my surfaces, causing the need to use a strong cleaner and some heavy scrubbing to remove these ink marks. Even more annoying was that I contacted Seep to ask if there was an issue with a batch and any feedback, I even chased up onmy original email to customer services,, it has been 3 weeks since that first email and nothing, no acknowledgement at all - very poor

Hello Vernon, thank you for being in touch. I believe that we have now sorted this issue.

Love the principle so ordered the years worth box. Sadly the first one out fell apart within 2 weeks of using it. The sponge side split in a couple of places and the loofah started to peel off the sponge. Disappointing.

Thank you for liking the idea behind our sponge scourers enough to try them. We have pretty good quality control for all of our products and check each batch that goes out of our factories, but unfortunately, some not-quite-right products do occasionally slip through. We track these product issues and work with our factories to improve them the next time. Often they arise because we're using natural materials, which are more difficult to work with. Please do get in contact with us at hello@theseepcompany.com

I found the sponges are a bit hard so I cannot clean the bottom of glasses and cups.

Thank you for choosing Seep! The sponge scourers need to be dried out before they can be packaged and dispatched to customers. Rinse under water and give them a little massage before use to soften up. The sponges will become softer upon continued use with washing-up liquid. They will also soften up with usage, so the longer you use it, the softer and more malleable it gets. You can speed this up by popping it into the washing machine or dishwasher a few times.

I love the concept of these cleaning sponges, but I highly doubt each one will last a month. We're on our first one and have been using it for just under two weeks and the white side of the sponge is falling apart! We don't have a dishwasher so do quite a bit of washing up, but still, it should do as it says! Still overall happy with them although they are a little stiff.

The theory is good but they are so thin it’s difficult to get a proper grip on them like the regular scouters which have a handy grip groove around the middle which protects your finger tips and nails - my husband who does most of the washing up absolutely hates the Seep products

Hello Kerry, thank you for your husband trying our products. We are sorry that he has not enjoyed our sponge scourer so far. They can take time to get used to, as they are 100% natural, and we have been used to the plastic sponges for so long.

Very disappointed with this product, the sponge part disintegrated after a few uses and the scourer part didn't remove the names ftom my pan.

We track these product issues and work with our factories to improve them the next time. Often, they arise because we're using natural materials, which are more difficult to work with. Did you get in touch with us about this? We think that loofah fibres are naturally coarse and have good scrubbing power, yet are gentle enough for non-scratch pans. If you require more heavy-duty cleaning, we suggest our copper scourers or washing up brush

Good ordering experience. Very impressed that products are plastic free.

I was happy with the sponges to start with but the one I've been using in the kitchen split after 2 weeks of use making it less effective and possibly unhygienic. Perhaps it's a one off but I'm a little disappointed nonetheless.

I don’t find these washing up scourers easy to use. They are not handy or comfortable in my hand. They are too hard and too big. Guessing they were designed by a man who doesn’t do much washing up. I won’t be using them sadly. Nice idea though!

Hello, thank you for trying our sponge scourers. Seep is a female-led company :-) They can feel very different to use as we have all been use to plastic sponges, and for some people it takes longer to get used to. They will soften the more you use them, but to speed this process up, just pop them in the washing machine once or twice. You might like our pop-up sponges better and can cut them to the size that you would like :-)

Great that these are plastic free but are too small. They could do to be twice the size. I bought a box full and fear I won’t use them because I can’t grip them being so small.

Thank you for trying them! We will have our larger sponge scourers come in this month. You might prefer the size of them :-)

Environmental credentials are commendable, however the product lasts nowhere near the suggested period.

Seep are a very persistent company, with emails, texts and social media adverts flooding into my daily life, but their products are a benefit to the consumer and the planet.

Unfortunately ours didn't last 10 days before looking tatty and worn. It's used everyday but we do have a dishwasher so it's not used massively. We put it in the dishwasher for a refresh but 4 days later it looked haggered and torn so have had to throw it away already. Not sure how one can last 6-8 weeks, I brought a pack thinking I was sorted for the next 6-8 months so this is really disappointing.

They do not remove tea stains from mugs very well, but are better for the planet being compostable.
