Really wanted to like these as they are environmentally friendly but they are so stiff and inflexible. Nigh on impossible to clean a lot of things with them.

Hi, I bought your products through the easy fundraising link as you said you’d make a percentage donation to my son’s charity (dig deep). The donation was only £1.45 but I’ve just found out that you’ve defined it as according to you, I purchased with a voucher or through a third party which I did not…very disappointing and I won’t be buying from you again!

Great product, delivery failure.. Ordered over a month ago, re-requested, chased. Told that we are "in the hands of Royal Mail" or words to that effect. Still no sign. Disappointingly I will need to request a credit for non-fulfillment of my order. Wasn't like this the first two times I ordered.

Hello, we are really sorry that RM has failed to deliver to you. I know how frustrating this can be for us both. I can see that you were asked to wait a couple of days to see if it turned up, but if not, we are always happy to resend, as we want you to have your order! We are sorry for your frustration, but mail does get lost or delayed.

I have a dishwasher so only use the seep scrubber for cleaning cups and small items. Within a week the loofah part of it was coming away in chunks and leaving shredded material to go down the drain. I was stupid enough to buy 1 years supply. A complete waste of £28

I found the dish scrubber sponge to stiff to get into saucepan lid rims and the scrubber side didn't scrub well enough on pans. Very disappointing as they are not cheap.

Thank you for taking the time to review us and for liking the idea behind the sponge scourers. The sponge scourers need to be dried out before they can be packaged and dispatched to customers. Rinse under water and give them a little massage before use to soften up. The sponges will become softer upon continued use with washing-up liquid. They will also soften up with usage, so the longer you use it, the softer and more malleable it gets. You can speed this up by popping it into the washing machine or dishwasher a few times. Loofah fibres are naturally coarse and have good scrubbing power, yet are gentle enough for non-scratch pans. If you require more heavy duty cleaning, we suggest our copper scourers or washing up brush

I bought two of the four pack William Morris cloths. Very disappointed to find there are only two William Morris cloths in each pack, and two plain cloths. Looking again at the website description, it’s not at all clear that you only get two WM cloths. Worse, I feel the description and pictures are at best inadequate, at worst deliberately misleading. Seep goes to the bottom of my list of “ethical” companies.

Hello, we are sorry that you think this. It is never our intention for anyone to feel misled. We do clearly have a picture on the website showing all 4 cloths, so that you are aware of what you should be receiving.

I ordered these months ago and they still haven't arrived. They are supposedly at a distribution point somewhere that I can't seem to access. I would like to like these but since I can't get them to arrive, I'll never know as I don't want to risk ordering them and not receiving them once again.

Ordered pads and copper scourers. £20+ I revived a box with cloths, rubber gloves, which I never use and other stuff. Cost £52. When I queried i I got an email showing me what I had allegedly ordered. No advice, no let’s see what has gone wrong. Very poor customer service. I sent the order back. Would not buy again.

1. item - which was unbreakable little pads - arrived packed THE heaviest, most industrial strengh cardboard I have ever recieved...and that includes the crazy, excessive packaging Amazon sends on occasion. After all the eco hype, I was astonished at how anti-eco it was even before opened the inside box of same heavy cardboard, which occupied only half the large box,the remaining half being stuffed with bunched up paper. 2. My first pad NEVER dried out. (I have yet to go on to 2nd.) And it smells mouldy from day ONE. 3. The fact that no one commented negatively in reviews, indicates that these rave reviews are bots. 4. Can I get my money back????????

Hello, thank you for trying our sponges and liking the idea behind them. I am sorry that you feel this way. We had an issue with our packing that we thought had been resolved, but it obviously hasn't, as your order arrived in our standard-size box, and it should have just had an address label on it. Our sponges are 100% plastic-free, perfect for washing up, scrubbing dishes and wiping up spills. They are long-lasting and durable (each sponge lasts more than 1 month). Because they are 100% plastic-free, they break down into harmless organic waste and are toxin-free and not harmful to humans or ecosystems. The product is not working the same as it was working in the first week. the Lather has reduced drastically. my neice also who started using the same, complained about the same issue.

We are really sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. You should have had an email from us when the order left our warehouse, with your tracking details on. Once it has left the warehouse, we have no control over it, and it is in the hands of Royal Mail. We will, of course, have a look into this for you.

Sorry not too impressed. Spongers are too big and rigid for small hands and delicate glassware. They don't clean stained teaspoons or cups, shame as I do all I can for the environment but these just don't cut it for me considering the rather high price.

Too stiff and not good at all to wash delicate items. I do not like ik at all and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Very dissappointed with Seep! Items ordered and paid for, then started receiving messages from RM regarding issues with delivery. I used the contact form to inform Seep on three different occasions to a problem. No response! However, as soon as I posted a complaint on Seep Instagram page, I was contacted immediatly and the issue was resolved (RM lost the item in the post). I feel if I didn't contact Seep via Instagram this would have still not been resolved. Perhap's you should spend less time on Social Media and more time checking your inbox!
