“Superb value, particularly if you buy in bulk (discounts available for 6 or 12 bottles) and they were already by far the cheapest for the wine I was looking for. Packing of the bottles themselves was excellent, using an air inflated protective plastic wrap for each, but the cardboard box beyond did let it down signficanlty (hence 4 out of 5 score not 5), they were far too big for the dozen bottles in each hence were completely deformed and at risk of having the bottles fall out when they were delivered to me.”

“Easy to order online however I didn't receive any order notification or dispatch notification so I had no idea if my order had been received or when it would arrive. However the packaging was really good, sage and secure. I would order from there again as long as they can sort out their comps a bit better.”

“A very easy site to use. I ordered and paid for 15 bottles of sake but then got notice of a refund and a reduced number to 11 bottles. An apology would have been nice from The Drinks Basket for changing the order. It would have been helpful to know when the delivery was.”

“Used The Drinks Basket for the first time and will definitely use them again. Great selection, reasonably priced, excellent service. I was a little concerned that some of the bottles would be broken on delivery but I needn't have worried as all arrived intact and we'll wrapped. Thanks one and all.”

“Very prompt service, easy ordering process, and speedy delivery. Only slight issue was I didn't get the opportunity to enter my new customer discount code at checkout (may have been operator error!!) but email query generated a quick response letting me know that the discount will carry forward to my next order. “I bought my sister the Jack Daniels gift set as a birthday gift, and she loved it. My only criticism is that I could not send a gift tag with it, so there was no way of telling her it was from me without informing her. Excellent service, though, and it arrived in good time.”

“Great prices, delivery is a bit slow and first order of Sake arrived particularly broken in transit, and to get refunded I called customer support and sent an email with pics. Refund was issued for the broken bottle. Thanks!”

“Good wines at good prices. Excellent customer service. The only issue I have had is the delivery condition of the wine. I have attached some photos of my last delivery received 3rd November. 4 boxes (48 bottles)all badly damaged in transit. Fortunately due to the great internal plastic packing only 3 bottles were damaged. Courier was parcelforce 48 hour. This is not the first time so needs addressed.”
