“Great prices, delivery is a bit slow and first order of Sake arrived particularly broken in transit, and to get refunded I called customer support and sent an email with pics. Refund was issued for the broken bottle. Thanks!”

“Good wines at good prices. Excellent customer service. The only issue I have had is the delivery condition of the wine. I have attached some photos of my last delivery received 3rd November. 4 boxes (48 bottles)all badly damaged in transit. Fortunately due to the great internal plastic packing only 3 bottles were damaged. Courier was parcelforce 48 hour. This is not the first time so needs addressed.”

Annoying but I can appreciate these things are beyond your control and greatly appreciate your responsiveness to my queries on the status of my orders. 3rd year in a row that family are getting these shipments and all are looking forward to the special deliveries once again.”

“Got the product I wanted at a good price and delivered extremely well packaged. Only reason I haven't given full marks is I did not receive an email on despatch as they said, so I did wonder for a day or two if the item would turn up or not. But it did, so on reflection , I can whole heartedly recommend The Drinks Basket and would use them again for future purchases.”

“I always buy pastis 51 for a mate, and this is a good place to get it and a very competitive price. The delivery took about 4 days, but they dispatched it quickly, and it was probably down to the Royal Mail. The package arrived in time and was really well packaged. Would recommend and would use again.”
