“The Pisco Porton arrived early to be packed again for a Christmas present. The price was good, it was despatched quickly, excellent packaging and we WILL use Drinks Basket again. Many thanks for an easy purchase.”

Hi Sir Apologies about the issues you faced, this is the same one star review as the one a below. You informed us that your parcel had not shown up, neither of us at this stage had any idea it was damaged, we then sent another one to you even though the first one was stuck in limbo. It was here that we can take some of the blame as we did not inform you of the tracking number of the 2nd parcel. The 1st parcel was then delivered to you smashed, and the 2nd one intact followed the day after. We could not issue any refunds as you had put a hold on the payment via Paypal, and now you have issued a claim to get the money refunded to you even though you have the products. Two members of our team have emailed you to get payment cleared but we have not heard anything back. Thank you Ron TheDrinksBasket

“The whole process of ordering was very quick and easy,followed by a parcel that was well wrapped with a protective sleeve which I thought brilliant ,and a very fast delivery .I will certainly use your company again and also recommend you to friends.well done ten out of ten, !!!”

“The package arrived promptly as promised, but having spent £100 on a bottle of fine Cognac for a present, I was disappointed to find the seal on the box was broken. I have received a reply saying that one of your "team" will respond shortly. But still I await that reply!”

“The website was quite easy to order from, the website was fine it was just me being a bit of a technophobe that is always the problem, but the fact that I managed to order from it tells me it must have been a pretty easy process. I was particularly impressed when The Drinks Basket themselves rang me to say that I had ordered 2 different bottles and was therefore about to pay 2 postage amounts, so did I want to combine the orders and pay only one postage !!! This has NEVER happened before, from ANY of the big companies eg Amazon, M&S, etc. I agreed to the suggestion and the postage for one of the items was put straight back into my account. How amazing is that ??? The bottles arrived within 2 days of ordering and they were so well wrapped with bubble wrap etc that it took us 5 mins to unwrap them. I cannot praise this company enough. Thank you very much x”

“I absolutely love this Company. I always buy my Christmas Booze from here, They have such a Great range of Drinks sometimes I can get a little bit greedy. The Prices are great as well, as is the Delivery time. The Packaging is brilliant. And if you buy their gift wrap it looks great. Well done again TDB, love you loads.”
