Excellent customer service.
The only issue I have had is the delivery condition of the wine.
I have attached some photos of my last delivery received 3rd November. 4 boxes (48 bottles)all badly damaged in transit.
Fortunately due to the great internal plastic packing only 3 bottles were damaged. Courier was parcelforce 48 hour. This is not the first time so needs addressed.
