“The package 📦 was well secured an in good condition. I wasn't happy with the fact that I paid £5.99 for delivery on a specific day and it arrived 2days later. Other than that I was happy with my product.”

“Purchased goods arrived as promised within 48 hours of order received and they were the right wine and and quantity ordered. The only issue I have with them is their website which is quite temperamental. Have and will recommend them to friends.”

“The wine is good value and packaged perfectly. My problem is the delivery firm. It took 5 phone calls to the drinks basket to finally get my boxes delivered. This was very frustrating and has made me unsure as to whether I would order again.”

“The product was well presented, although the glasses were filthy, very dusty and smeared. However my husband did love the set, and the glasses (onced cleaned) are lovely. I feel the price was good for the presentation, quality of glasses and size of the rum. Two recommendations would be, Make sure glasses are cleaned before sending. And perhaps don't use personalised sticky tape on delivery boxes. My order was a gift for my husband who actually took in the parcel from the delivery man. So unfortunately he had an idea what his gift was before I could wrap it.”

“I have purchased 3 items from you web site but I’ve only received 2. I haven’t been contacted with regards to my final item bearing in mind they were all ordered at exactly the same time but as two separate orders only because the 3rd item was chosen after I’d ordered the first items. My mistake not yours. It was supposed to be tracked and signed for but I was out for the first delivery the second attempt was put on my step. By the time I git to the door the postman had left Again not your fault but the communication was lacking with being able to track the delivery Many thanks Fred”

“Good price, arrived sooner than estimated. Only problem, Parcelforce don’t give a time slot or send an email which day coming so missed first attempt then had to wait in all day until late afternoon on second attempt for delivery. DPD much better, give a 2 hour slot!!”
