“I have ordered 10 days ago. Then one week they said, my order has been shipped to royal. It’s been for 8 days still Royal Mail is expecting it. Royal Mail says we haven’t got it and this company says we have shipped your order. Today I phoned them. They said, we gonna call you back the fix this for you. But so far nothing”

“Very happy with the ease of ordering and use of the website etc from your company only problem was the delivery company didn't deliver it They only contacted me through email to let me know that the delivery failed If they'd used a bit of initiative and posted a card saying we could collect it I would have They didn't even chap my door as my wife was home as it was her time off from work very disappointed with them”

“Item took a little longer than expected and the condition was pretty awful. I ordered a box of 5 mini Patona tequillas, these arrived in a squashed and damaged box with bits missing from the cardboard. Fortunately it wasnt a gift as it was unacceptable as it was, however as I just needed the contents I kept it. This company needs to go a long way to meet the standards of some of its competitors.”

“Excellent. Ordered a bottle of Caribbean Rum that was not available in supermarkets, al least not at a sensible price. Price was good and delivered very promptly. Really good packaging in a unique air filled bag, no weight penalty but arrived unbroken and intact. Simples!”
