“Order arrived quickly but contained some incorrect items. My email was ignored and the promised return of my phone call didn’t happen (I called on Saturday when the office was closed, and spoke to someone who said that someone would get back to me). For this reason I would not use this company again.”

“SENT WRONG ORDER - I refer you to my order number 1000245309 for 2 Passion Fruit Puree 1kg, but unfortunately you sent me 2 Strawberry Puree 1kg instead. I have sent 2 emails, on 27 August and 30 August, to you about this, but have received no acknowledgement or reply”

“I have ordered 10 days ago. Then one week they said, my order has been shipped to royal. It’s been for 8 days still Royal Mail is expecting it. Royal Mail says we haven’t got it and this company says we have shipped your order. Today I phoned them. They said, we gonna call you back the fix this for you. But so far nothing”

“This was my first of many orders until my bad experance false advertising i did not get same as advertised i explained over phone call and was offered free returns postage to return which am still waiting over a week now . I have reported this to my card payment bank.”

“Dreadful, ordered Tanqueray export, got a standard bottle of tanqueray. Emailed about it. They said they are both the same. Laughable customer service. Don’t bother.”

“The worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a £50 bottle of whiskey for my dad for Christmas and two days later received a completely different and unwanted bottle of what according to google is some weird £20 Spanish gin I'd never heard of. Mistakes can happen, especially at busy times, but I have been trying to resolve this politely and professionally for a week now, attempting to contact them multiple times, and I've had absolutely no response from them whatsoever. I've now had to buy the whiskey again elsewhere and lay the money out again as Christmas is fast approaching, while this appalling company still has my money and apparently no interest or intention of dealing with their mistakes! Literally nonexistent customer service and an unbelievable way to run a business these days.”

“poor customer service, I called them on Thursday to ask why I could not order more than 7 bottles. still waiting for a call back some 2 days later! but no worries went off to Mag**** today and spend a few hundred. bet this will not stay up for you to read for long?”

“Order 3x1lt bottles of JD as they where cheap then the supermarkets. Came home only to find a note from our postman to say they where unless to delivery the package as I need to paid £3 due to Insufficient postage paid! I then email TDB on the Saturday asking for someone to contact me on the monday, it's now 3 days later and still no response.”

“Very disappointing, I ordered my favourite drink to share with me and my cousin as a Christmas present as where he works its difficult to fond a shop that sells, i paid extra money for it to be delivered 1-2 days and it never arrived untill 5 days instead absolute joke i may have to go elsewhere now to order after this disappointment.”

“Appalling company after paying over £65 for items and express delivery for a reason and to receive the wrong items to be told the correct items will be sent 24 hour delivery over 48 hours later still nothing. They do not answer emails and now not answering the phone. Will never us this company again and will advise other not to bother either!”

“Ordered a giftset mermaid ginwith copa glasses arrived with tumblers which is not what the website picture was or said . No phone call to explain as l rang and they said we'll get back to you still waiting . Delivery was quick but not entirely what l ordered”
