poor customer service, I called them on Thursday to ask why I could not order more than 7 bottles. still waiting for a call back some 2 days later! but no worries went off to Mag**** today and spend a few hundred. bet this will not stay up for you to read for long?

Order 3x1lt bottles of JD as they where cheap then the supermarkets. Came home only to find a note from our postman to say they where unless to delivery the package as I need to paid £3 due to Insufficient postage paid! I then email TDB on the Saturday asking for someone to contact me on the monday, it's now 3 days later and still no response.

I ordered a bottle of Midori from these guys. Cancelled the ordered within 24 hours. I am waiting awaiting my refund over 2 weeks later. Seem to have gone silent now on email.

Very disappointing, I ordered my favourite drink to share with me and my cousin as a Christmas present as where he works its difficult to fond a shop that sells, i paid extra money for it to be delivered 1-2 days and it never arrived untill 5 days instead absolute joke i may have to go elsewhere now to order after this disappointment.

Appalling company after paying over £65 for items and express delivery for a reason and to receive the wrong items to be told the correct items will be sent 24 hour delivery over 48 hours later still nothing. They do not answer emails and now not answering the phone. Will never us this company again and will advise other not to bother either!

Ordered a giftset mermaid ginwith copa glasses arrived with tumblers which is not what the website picture was or said . No phone call to explain as l rang and they said we'll get back to you still waiting . Delivery was quick but not entirely what l ordered

After placing order no confirmation of order. Several chases to find where the order was received email that the order had been forefilled. Actual delivery 50% missing and no delivery note. Total lack of communication

Ordered 10 bottles of whiskey, which I assumed was OK as they immediately took £199.90 from my card. No order confirmation came so I followed up on their online site, which said order in hand after a week with no feedback I phoned and they promised to call me back, but did not. I then was advised by email that the order was completed and with Parcelforce. The box arrived, but there were only 5 bottles in the pack. Several phone calls were made and each time they said they would call me back. No replies. Now I receive an email to say credit for the missing bottles was on its way. I assume they thought I would accept that the order was complete.The worst company I have dealt with.

Ordered on 14th June 2023. Tracking reference does not work. Rang three times and emailed once and no response. Will not be buying from this company again.

Awful response timing and execution to any queries. I have emailed them 5 times and called twice, and am still waiting for a call back and an email they said they would be sending nearly a week ago.

I ordered a bottle of Gran Marnier which I have been drinking for years. However I have found that this bottle is vastly inferior in taste to the Gran Marnier that I am used to. I am very disappointed & won't be purchasing from the Drinks Basket again. I feel that having sorted out the initial problem very quickly, this has let the company down Regards Chris

Absolutely awful. Paid for 2 day delivery a week later still not arrived, a phone call later and they said they'd been returned and they would send them to my wedding venue for 9 o clock the next day. Only for my partner to be on the phone to them saying the driver is 10 minutes away continuously, and for them to actually never arrive. Don't recommend this company at all, possible scam?

Paid extra for delivery on time and it turned up 4 days late for a special birthday. Embarrassing. Every time I called the company they promised to call back and never did.

This company must have a lot of damaged goods as looking at the reviews it seems this is the stock excuse for non delivery! Ordered wine on 17/2/23 still nothing on 2/3/23. Money taken from bank on day of order, not on despatch which is the norm. Chased order twice no call back, eventually got email to say they'd send a "replacement" on 24 hour delivery still nothing! Told I'd get 10% discount; how does that work when I've already paid? Quote from this website..."With next-day delivery service, you’ll never have to wait long to get your hands on the tipple of your choice." Don't make me laugh!

High delivery costs so only made it worth while by ordering multiple bottles. They cancelled one without any communication meaning the delivery charge per bottle effectively doubled without option to agree to the new sale contract. Would not use again.
