“Thank you The Drinks Basket team for your help with my order given the hiccups most online retailers are currently facing with the Royal Mail and other courier services. Annoying but I can appreciate these things are beyond your control and greatly appreciate your responsiveness to my queries on the status of my orders. 3rd year in a row that family are getting these shipments and all are looking forward to the special deliveries once again.”

“Got the product I wanted at a good price and delivered extremely well packaged. Only reason I haven't given full marks is I did not receive an email on despatch as they said, so I did wonder for a day or two if the item would turn up or not. But it did, so on reflection , I can whole heartedly recommend The Drinks Basket and would use them again for future purchases.”

“Those inflated bottle protectors are bad for the planet and impossible for arthritic hands. As rubbish they almost filled a wheelie bin! Apart from that the service was fine..”

“Delivery was fast, but paid for gift wrap and the bag was very poor, better spending 99p and getting something from a supermarket. But I did call and they have refunded me the cost so cant complaint about that.”

“I always buy pastis 51 for a mate, and this is a good place to get it and a very competitive price. The delivery took about 4 days, but they dispatched it quickly, and it was probably down to the Royal Mail. The package arrived in time and was really well packaged. Would recommend and would use again.”

“Ordered red berry circo on a Saturday. On Tuesday received a phone call to say it was out of stock and did I want to replace with something else, which I did. I then received the replacement on the Thursday. Good communications, just a pity what I’d requested originally wasn’t available but apart from that good service. Reasonable cost. Well packaged and didn’t charge extra for delivery to Northern Ireland”
