“Drink is good but i did not received shipping message.i just realised the drink is here. Please inform customer when delivery is on the way i got last message as they will send me again when out of delivery. I did not get that. RICHARD”

“Delivery was in expected time frame. Sadly lots of plastic was used to protect bottles. Maybe the company can look into a more eco-friendly way to deliver bottles?”

“A very quick delivery, but the product photo did not correspond to the delivered item: the product photo had a golden top, while the delivered item had a blue one. There have been expressed opinions that the blue one is UK export and of a lower quality. Not sure if this correct, but still.”

“I ordered 4 bottles of wine over the Christmas period. To be honest, I didn't expect them to arrive as quickly as they did, but was very grateful for the speedy delivery. The packaging was very good but I do have to admit, it would be nice if the protective plastic sleeve could have been recycled. All in all a good service, quick delivery and no breakages.”

“I never received an confirmation email which panicked me that I’d been ripped off haha. However it did come in 2 or 3 days which I appreciate very much before Christmas, it came wrapped very nicely too! Just need to get better at responding to emails and sending out confirmation emails and I would of gave 5 stars!”

“I would have given a 5* rating had it not been for a problem with the delivery address. But Moreso that I sent 2 emails asking about my order. I didn't receive a reply. When I finally phoned there issue was sorted and my order arrived the next morning. In excellent wrapping totally protecting the bottles. So from the phone call I had to make, going forward i was very satisfied and would definitely use Drinks Basket again thank you.”

“The reason I have given a 4 rating is that the first time I attempted to place my order (a few days prior to placing this order) the website wouldn't accept that my email address was correct. I spent a very frustrating half hour getting nowhere. A few days later I tried again and it went through immediately and I was very impressed with the speed of delivery.”
