“after a rather large order, I received products missing from the order, I wrote back to customer service and even now no one has answered to tell me what happened (they don't have the product in stock or they didn't put it in), I paid for something I didn't have received, do not recommend”

“Worst experience ever stay away at all cost made my best friends wedding a nightmare and they collected money and they never supplied the drinks. Please avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!”

“Cannot give a good review because I have yet to receive my wine! Postal strikes were used as an excuse but wearing very thin now. Also really slow to answer emails! I am still waiting to hear!!!!!!!”

“I ordered 6 bottles of MARLBOROUGH Sauvignon Blanc Graham Norton. I checked the picture of the bottle and the advert several times before committing to the order as it’s so hard to find now. I received the South African western cape which is nowhere near as nice. I emailed to say I would keep them but was not happy and heard nothing. Won’t be using the company again.”

“Searched and paid £25 via Amazon for 1 litre Finlandia Vodka. Only received a 70 cl bottle valued at £15. Nice margins for Drinks Basket. Of course no reply from Drinks Basket when asked for incremental overpayment to be repaid. Not a very decent company in my opinion. I hope this is read before purchase to avoid any disappointment. I wish I did my research as this story is repeated on the Internet from others.”

“Shocking! Wrong items delivered. I understand this can happen but the service afterwards trying to rectify this has been awful. Was told I'd get the right items and a returns label sent immediately, but still no sign. Subsequent phone calls have still not seen a resolution. Photos show actual order for 50x miniatures with a total value of approx 130gbp, actual items sent 4x bottles of something that you can buy on amazon for 7gbp a bottle!”

“I am unhappy with the recent order I have recently purchased from your company. I ordered Taylor's 2013 late bottled vintage port 75cl, however what arrived was Taylor's 2015 Late bottled vintage port. I am unhappy with this as I would not have purchased this if I knew it was the 2015, you also did not email me to let me know the 2013 late port was not available. Due to this I would like a full refund.”

“I only recieved 3 correct items instead of 5. 2 of my bottles of drinks were wrong. Tried getting in touch but no reply. I never recieved the vodka or the gin. I had to find a shop that sold them as I was making up a drinks hamper. 😢”
