I received a completely different bottle of Rum to the one I ordered with no explanation…… Not happy at all !!

I had to contact the drinks basket on 3 occasions to ask when my order was being delivered. In the end I had to cancel my order.

I am unhappy with the recent order I have recently purchased from your company. I ordered Taylor's 2013 late bottled vintage port 75cl, however what arrived was Taylor's 2015 Late bottled vintage port. I am unhappy with this as I would not have purchased this if I knew it was the 2015, you also did not email me to let me know the 2013 late port was not available. Due to this I would like a full refund.

I only recieved 3 correct items instead of 5. 2 of my bottles of drinks were wrong. Tried getting in touch but no reply. I never recieved the vodka or the gin. I had to find a shop that sold them as I was making up a drinks hamper. 😢

Incorrect wine sent, despite promise no refund sent. Going through paypal for refund now, still no response from them after two weeks.

If I could award no stars I would. bought some Christmas drinks for my boss, had previously used this company for summer drinks to same address. They sent the invoice to said named: despite obviously me billing the same to me. When I complained; they rectified sending me the correct info. Then the receiver contacted me, wanting to thank me...but the message I'd written typed wasn't attached: so the receiver made a guess!? utterly embarrassed I advised him NOT to use this company: there are many alternatives!

I ordered a bottle of Christmas cake gin over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived! There is no tracking information available. I wrote an email 5 days ago, and at the time I explained I understood things were a bit difficult at the moment, but 3 weeks is excessive. But I have received nothing back at all.. no apology, no explanation. Would not bother ordering again. Just hope I get a refund.

Not the greatest of customer service to be honest. They first sent me the incorrect product, and although the correct product has now been sent out. They are insisting I post the incorrect product back to them, risking myself in the middle of a pandemic. This was not my fault that they sent me the wrong item, so I think as a goodwill gesture they should have allowed me to keep the incorrect product, so I wouldn't have the hassle of returning the product back. They sent a pre paid returns label nut I will have to meet the costs of the packaging myself, which is very unfair. I asked them to get Royal Mail or a courier to pick the incorrect item up, but they refused this. Extremely disappointed with the service received.

I ordered four bottles of wine and delivery was very quick. Unfortunately that’s where the service ended. They sent the wrong wine. I emailed, then called, then called again. Still waiting for a call back to sort out the issue. It’s a pity as I’ve used them before without issue
