I had been warned that delivery might take "a little longer than expected" (so far, nine days and still waiting), but to send me an e-mail seeking my good opinion before the goods have been delivered is not merely tactless, it is disorganised and does not inspire faith. I am presently wondering if I will ever get my goods.

Product was missing from my delivery. I have sent 4 emails over past 12 days with NO reply at all from the drinks basket. It seems the company do not deal with any issues/complaints regarding refunds. They take payment promptly enough, but when you encounter a problem and need a refund they are NOT interested. Terrible customer service. Completely ignored. Simply not good enough. Do NOT order from this company. AWFUL.

Do not buy. Company take your money then don’t send what you ordered, instead sending goods worth a lot less than you spent. Customer service is awful. Would never use again

Not a good experience. I paid extra for fast delivery I have chased 3 times for my delivery. 7 days have passed and I am now chasing for a refund as I have bought the products elsewhere. It’s s shame as I checked the reviews before placing my order and they looked good.

Had to wait a long time for delivery but in current circumstances that’s ok. However, one of the bottles was damaged in transit and had leaked around the rim. I have sent several emails with photos of the damaged packaging and damaged bottle but no reply. No reply when I tried to contact the company through their website either

This is the worst service I have ever received! Ordered on 25/03 received the wrong order and I am still waiting on my original order!! Sent emails upon emails and have had no response! Money has been taken from my account but I have nothing to show for it!! Really beyond disappointed in this company!

I checked my tracking number on Parcelforce today and to my shock horror my order has been delivered to the wrong address, someone has given a name of R Smith ( Not my name ) which was accepted by the driver and some weird signature was accepted. I will be contacting TheDrinksBasket and Parcelforce tomorrow.

placed order on the 18/3/20 and cash taken out off my bank account on19/3/20 delivery promised in 3 to 5 days still not received my order

Bought a limited edition bottle of Jack Daniels and paid for next day delivery. Never received bottle for 4 days (the p&p was refunded...rightly) upon receiving the bottle it was the wrong thing. I have emailed to complain on Monday now 5 days later still no response

Ordered a bottle of Glenmorangie Signet and was sent Sauternes Cask Finish, this has left me £70 out of pocket. Rang Saturday morning and was told someone would ring back, waited two hours and had to ring them again to be told that cant deal with it until Monday, just rung Monday to be told there are in a meeting and will ring back? I suspect that If the drinks basket ever get back to me reading there returns policy? I will have to pay the postage to return the wrong product sent. then wait 30 days for a refund. My advice is to buy of Master of Malt, Ordered sat afternoon and the correct item was delivered Sunday morning with a free taster bottle of Gin. Merry Xmas

I'll start with a positive the website is easy to navigate and simple to place an order. That's where the positives stop. I needed minature cuantro for gift and they offered the best price so I decided to add a couple of other items into the order to justify the delivery charge, I didnt need the items but when you are paying £4.99 delivery it didnt make sense to only order to 50cl miniatures. To be fair the order was dispatched quickly but then I notice a partial refund in my account I was very confused as I'd not heard anything from them which I found very odd. Then I worked out that it was the cuantro which was really frustrating as it was the only item I actually needed/wanted the others were just fillers. So I emailed them so find out what was going on as to be honest had someone told me I would have cancelled the entire item. I understand that they are closed over the weekend so I left it till 2.30pm on the Monday and there was still no response to the email so I phone them. To which I was told a series of cliche excuses ie damaged items, stock issues and internet issues. I was told that they would look into why I recieved no communication and I asked when someone would get back to me to be told later this afternoon. Still noone has got back to me! Very unimpressed by the unprofessional and lack of customer service provided.

Extremely poor customer service had a problem with the delivery address phoned multiple times left three messages and never had a reply had to speak to delivery company.

The Drinks Basket got my order completely wrong they dispatched the wrong product and I paid extra for next day delivery! Although they gave me a full refund and let me keep the wrong item, I would have much preferred them to get it right first time! I will not be buying from them in the future as I need a more reliable storefront.

Made an order for 15 bottles of buckfast, received 12, wrote straight away to complain and ask for a resolution and haven’t received a reply in over 4 days. Can’t say I’m atall pleased and definitely won’t be returning. Low quality customer service.

Order has arrived quick and within the promis however... £70 product arrived with damaged box. This has been purchased as a gift and i didnt have a time to get this replaced, otherwise i would send it back for a refund.
