“I found the lady I spoke extremely helpful and knowledgable. Her name was Frances. The delivery was next day with the addition of tracking so I knew when the package would arrive. The same lady phoned me the next day to check that I was happy with the product. Marvellous customer service. It was just so simple and straightforward.”
