“The quality of the shelves we purchased was very good and they were easy to assemble. Almost immediately after ordering the shelves we learned that a relative was seriously ill and so knew we would not be at home to receive the promised delivery. I sent an email to ask if the dispatch could be delayed and intended to phone the company as soon as they opened the next morning. However, before I had a chance to phone, we received a very polite and helpful email from Emma, saying that she had arranged the delayed dispatch. So quality of product VERY GOOD, customer service EXCELLENT, thank you!”

“Ordered 2 chairs and a table but unfortunately the table arrived slightly damaged. Contacted Workplace Depot who without question sent a new table immediately. Customer support especially from Dee was fantastic. Thanks.”

“I got exactly what I ordered, when they said it would arrive and they followed the delivery instructions I gave them (having said that, after it had been left where I had told them, a neighbour took the parcel in and the delivery company left a second card to this effect).”
