“Excellent service, came the next day, (didn't ask for that) Good sturdy pair of insulated steps. Ideal for changing bulbs etc, with no fear of getting a shock.”

“I have purchased from this company on two occasions after looking at the reviews on their website. I had a slight issue with one of the products on my second purchase which was promptly sorted after a quick phone call. Quality good and will buy from them again”

“Pleased with Workplace, appalled at courier. Next day delivery is a joke. Why did goods go from Nottingham to Leicester on Monday then go overnight to Newcastle then take all day Tuesday to go from Newcastle to Bristol? Delivery finally made Wednesday at 15-30. If you are paying for next day delivery you should be asking for your money back.”

“I've had a really positive experience with The Workplace Depot (namely Chrissy in the customer services team). I bought a catering trolley online at a cost which was clearly lower than everyone else. The order went through but then I had contact from Chrissy to say sadly the item was out-of-stock and asked if I was happy to wait of if I wanted a full refund. I was happy to wait and it did arrive a few days later than expected. There was some cosmetic damage to the item, with a damaged plastic tray, which I let Chrissy know about with a few photos. She was really apologetic. I wondered whether a partial refund might be possible, but - lo and behold - I've been given a full refund. Brilliant! Thank you Chrissy and team”

“I was looking for a Cable Protector to place in my garage and when I searched on Google it was the first one to come up. The price was right, it was next day delivery, and payment was smooth. I had an immediate order confirmation, tracking for the order, and it arrived in a box the very next day. Can't get much better than that. Thanks will use again.”

“The Workplace Depot is absolutely top notch. Ordered a step ladder, arrived next day with brilliant communication on when it had been dispatched and when it would arrive. Required a VAT invoice from them so asked there support email if one could be sent to me and without any issues and incredibly fast, they sent me the invoice. Pleasure to do business with and would happily order here again.”
