Having ordered from the Workplace Depot previously I didn't hesitate to use them again. On both occasions the item was delivered the very next day with free postage. On this second occasion however the item was damaged, although the box wasn't. I phoned them and got through to someone quickly who was very pleasant and professional. I was asked to email some photos of the damage and they would assess them. ‘Here we go’ I thought, it’s going to be a long drawn-out process. I sent the photo’s and called to ensure they had received them. They had and said they would send a new item to me the next day FOC. I was blown away. Sure enough the next day it turned up. What can I say, their customer service is excellent, far exceeded my expectations and I will continue to use them. I like their products and they are reasonably priced. Well done Workplace Depot! Keep up the excellent work!
