“Really great service, product just as described and what we wanted and the price was fair. It would have been extra helpful if the driver could have taken back our pallet (he was still there once we cleared it) but other than that, top marks.”

“I was impressed with communication and delivery. Product was what I was looking for once the dust was washed off. BUT. I was surprised and disappointed to find 3-4 inches of paste/slurry in the bottom of the bag May be better if you washed your slate stock pile more thoroughly before bagging up.”

“Stones were great. Slightly miffed that they can't give more precise delivery times although this may be the courier. I waited in all day and the stones arrived at 17:30. I tracked and rang during late morning and I was told it should be about 14:00. It wasn't”

“Order process, price point and product are great. Delivery on a pallet for heavy orders is an issue - trying to move a ton of product on a pallet truck with even the slightest incline is almost impossible. And as we live on a slight hill it even need three of us to help move the pallet inside the lorry.”

“The company themselves were fine with no complaints from a service or delivery point of view. It is just a real shame that having spent £250 on Spanish marble 'white' stones that after a couple of weeks of mixed weather they all started turning 'YELLOW' ... Extremely disappointing !”

“Products were perfect but delivery was poor. One of the bulk bags had a big hole in it, so as the delivery man tried to wheel the crate off the truck. A load of stones kept falling out the bottom. There was also a whole (10 x 15cm) in the middle of the lorry floor which left a mess in the middle of the road. I had to help clean up the lorry andhad no choice but to sweep up mess left in the street.”

“I had polite, efficient service when I spoke to the person about the aggregate we chose and was equally pleased with the service, when I realised I'd ordered the wrong amount,with the efficiency with which it was rectified. Thank you if I need any more,stone and garden is where I will go and recommend them to anyone who has a need for their type of products as well.”
