“I have used the stone & garden company before, they were good to deal with for our garden projects. Reasonably priced and delivered on the day chosen. I would have given 5 stars, but the person who delivered it dropped the stones off at the bottom of our drive, so I had to drive round it to park up, luckily the neighbours didn’t park their cars at the bottom. It also meant we had to make more trips to the pile with our wheelbarrow.”

“Quite simply, awful. The order was cancelled (last minute) on three separate occasions due to their delivery vendor not having the correct van available — which is completely bizarre given I only ordered one bulk bag, a modest amount by any measure. In fairness, the Stone and Garden team were very responsive and understanding throughout the process, the criticism I have is them not finding a solution for the delivery by either using a different delivery service provider/vendor, or finding a time slot that would work in the future and/or offering a gift as a complimentary gesture — instead the only option being put to me was to cancel the order despite me having endured three missed delivery slots, massively disrupting my time and personal plans. While the terrible service was absolutely caused by their vendor, ultimately it is also reflection of the supply chain which is quite frankly terrible if that experience is anything to go by. Their team is giving me a full refund — and added that I wouldn’t have to pay the return charge either, which I did find amusing given the ordeal I had been through, and especially more so with the stones not even arriving. My advice would be to find a new delivery partner who supply that area.”

“Stone & Garden Company were 5 star BRILLIANT! I gave them my measurements for two patios and four borders and they worked out the exact amount of gravel required. It was delivered very quickly and was definitely the best price after searching for hours on the internet. Extremely helpful and friendly advice over the phone and I am SO pleased with the result.”
