“To begin with, I ordered a sample bag to see if the gravel was what I wanted. It would have been nice if you were discounted that amount if going on to purchase a jumbo bag,but that's just my opinion. The gravel is as described on their website & it was delivered on my chosen day. It would have been helpful to know if it would be am, or pm, but sadly the tracking doesn't show it & even by ringing they were unable to say. Overall, I am happy with my purchase & would recommend the company, thanks!”

“Wonderful! The stones arrived on the date I requested. They look exactly as expected and the bag is full of stones as opposed to sand/grit. Relally happy and it has made a difference to our garden already.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review Andrew, we welcome feedback from customers whether it be positive or negative. Apologies once again the delivery depot weren't able to safely deliver to your address on a 18T or smaller 7.5T tail-lift vehicle (following your alternative directions to approach your property). If the driver considers your access unsuitable for whatever reason they are within their rights to refuse to unload the pallet(s) or leave it as near as possible to the required destination.

“Absolutely spot on service from beginning to delivery, friendly helpful staff through to the delivery driver. There are still good companies out there. Price couldn’t be beaten, really good value. Would definitely use again in my next project, just need to start one now. Have recommended to friends and family”
