Hi there, we're sorry you're not 100% happy with your order. I have forwarded your email & photos to the quality control team for their feedback as all of the bulk bags are robotically filled & weighed so I'm not sure where the soil has come from, I know all of our products are naturally quarried so an element of product dust can still be on the stones but I've queried the soil in the Dove Grey bag. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Jacqui

“Excellent service and communication and price was by far best in this Yorkshire region, delivery driver wS spot on he dropped it down the bottom of my drive so I could still get car on drive, I will be back”

“Bulk bag of state chippings. Good price but had to sort by hand as there so much dust and muck in the bag. Delivered a day early which could of been a problem.”

“Delivery was straight forward, delivered via pump truck which was very helpful as I have a car port. The stones are various sizes and not all the same size 10mm-30mm. Stones come chalked and wash up very nicely. One bulk bag did out whole entertainment area.”
